1Password for iOS Confusion

As near as I can tell, there are three choices I can make here:

-1Password for iPhone ($9.99)
-1Password for iPad ($9.99)
-1Password Pro (Universal, $14.99)

I am not offended by pixel doubling, especially in occasional-use utilities. Is there any reason to not just get 1Password for iPhone and use it on both my phone and my pad?

I prefer the iPad version because the layout is cleaner & more desktop like. For me it was worth the extra cash to buy / run the universal.
