Er, Bloodbowl? The web version I can’t remember the name of.
Yes!
It is FUMBBL (the Java Based Blood Bowl game). It became an obsession for me this Summer, where I was travelling with a not very powerful laptop and craving some quality gaming that wouldn’t take almost any disk space.
The UI could use some help (it’s not too bad, though, But I like BB2 UI better, and getting set up in FUMBBL for the first time is hard) and the community is a little too hardcore, but BB is indeed an excellent game and this is a great free way of enjoying it (of course, you need to read the rulebook).
Moreover, the simple interface, automatic dice rolling and lack of animations means matches play out faster (about 1h) than in the other two main ways to play Blood Bowl 2 (Cyanide games, which are about 2h, and tabletop, which goes slightly higher). In a game like BB, where some matches can be a foregone conclusion since the start (it’s really about the campaign play), the faster matches play the better.

I used to play that! But I don’t remember the dots. Is there a show-grid option I never ticked? :)
I think that’s the default look now?
I played the crap out of that around a decade ago. I remember there being some legal problems, glad to see it’s still around or back, whichever.

I thought we had already had this game, but it’s not in the mater list!
We have had the cover art on the other side.
How about a cloud? Any cloud experts in the house?
That’s obviously not a Sega cloud, but a Nintendo one. I can’t help you.
