Every once in a while I look in this thread to see if there’s any possible chance I might be able to guess correctly. But y’all are at some whole 'nother level.

Still not correct guesses. Keep em coming though, can’t put up another frame for 8 hours or so.
I think in most cases, it’s called “random guessing”. :) I mean, when you’re faced with a tiny purple “z”, unless you’re some kind of memory savant and recognise it immediately, you pretty much have to go with a vague guess.
I’m guessing that it’s Typing of the Dead. That has Z’s in it. However, I realise that it’s not, the screen ratio is all wrong, and the text is too small, but hopefully the next one will reveal more.

I got lucky myself with an obscure PS3 title apparently nobody but me and the original poster played.
My shining moment was missing the Soma screenshot while having it open on my other monitor.
I might stretch this one out…

I’m gonna say SPAZ, because it has blue, pink, S, Z, and you’d have to be a total spaz to have any clue ;)
That is really familiar, but I can’t yet recall why (or what it is).
That was my first thought, but I just did SPAZ a couple pages ago. :)
