Uh-oh, I’m starting to think I’m going to be a big loser here. It’s not from Call of Duty or Gunpoint. And I don’t know that my remaining shots give a lot more hints. Maybe this one:

If that is what I think it is, I can’t remember the name at all and I didn’t know it was released.
It’s definitely been released! It’s a few years old, in fact.
Could be ground penetrating radar, rather than airborne radar or video. Oil Blue had something that might be similar, but the UI is wrong, there would be buttons on the left I think, and color scheme would be brown rather than grey…

I’m pretty sure that’s Capsule by that one guy who did that game where you ran a lot.
Capsule, you’re right Simon. I had a nagging feeling that I’d seen it somewhere, possibly, but all I could think of was Objects in Space which it obviously isn’t. I read about the game once, and forgot to put it on my wishlist, which I’ll now fix.
Thank you, Simon! Lots of good guesses considering this is a small, obscure game. I think its similarities with the recently released Duskers is what put it in my head.
