Ignorant because Europe already has a long history of demographic changes, and they are an essential part of its culture. The Alhambra was built by Moors, who are now gone. The Coliseum was built by Romans, who are likewise gone. The culture of the Moors and Romans did not commit “suicide”, it was absorbed into the cultures that succeeded them.
And yes, it’s also racist. Mainly because it draws a distinction between migration of light skinned people and dark skinned people. The latter commands negative attention but the former is dominant.

I am suggesting that it’s ignorant to suggest that a demographic change causes cultural “suicide”, because demographic changes have occurred many times in Europe without erasing its culture.
If a person “embraces his culture” by documenting it or sharing it with others, then that’s not racist.
If a person “embraces his culture” by erecting barriers against other races, then that’s racist.

Do you recognize that Donald Trump is an evil man? Not in the comic book villain sense, but in the sense that he doesn’t really care about anyone other than himself. He is profoundly selfish, and utterly without shame, and that combination will lead him to put himself above the well-being of the country. And we see him do this, daily.
Do you not recognize that?
Really, that’s what it all comes down to. You are going to be left in a position where you will have consciously supported an evil man, damaging your own country. What will you tell yourself? What will you tell your children?
Sometimes he’ll praise his children when they have a good point and he’ll thank them for making it. :)

But the goals are exactly the same. Racism depends on motivation. In both cases here, the primary goals are the same: preserving a culture; not harming any other culture.

I admit to having OCD, which can contribute to a compulsive desire to reply to people. Its a great asset for work though. I’m always responsive to emails! (And before people hit me for making light of OCD, I’m not kidding, and a part of neurosis manifests in quick responses to avoid lingering questions and resolving issues).

But you’ve made a good point that Germany,at least, appears to have clamped down on immigration and refugees dramatically this past year (I think my comment was Europe generally). So thank you – that is part of why I post here, to be corrected on issues like that. I had no idea about the Canadian side of the tariff argument until people educated me on that earlier in a different thread. Win win.
