Yes, that is Chibi Yuna in a place that really resembles the Macalania Woods spring where Yuna and Tidus kiss in Final Fantasy X. In this particular scene she’s seen performing the Sending and all, mostly because World of Final Fantasy is a love letter to the series. It’s also a pretty good and fun game where you capture all kinds of characters and monsters from the series and use them to battle, while enjoying all kinds of references to the series, many of them tempered with humor and joy. It’s like upbeat chibi Final Pokémon Fantasy or something.
Of course, if you can’t stand chibi, stay away. Otherwise, it’s a game I easily recommend. ;)
