Well done!
I played the hell out of this game when I was young. I don’t know why, but it was fascinating. I’m glad there are no good modern equivalences (Trauma Center games don’t really count) that are popular at least; they’d be terrifying with today’s fidelity. I have seen medical simulation titles, though. I’m thankful no one has tried to gamify those for a general audience.
Even then, that game was terrifying to me, merely looking at its concept and shots (I was very young, below 10 if I recall).
