It’s great as a MP game once you understand what you’re doing, but the SP challenges are definitely fun. The AI is very competent.

Heh, I recently reinstalled that, booted it up, and realized – much to my dismay – that I no longer remembered how to play it. And I damn sure wasn’t gonna watch a video of some dufus explaining it me, even if that dufus was me!

This game is very light on resources. If you have a 64 bit dual core CPU and an Intel HD4000 or better, it should be playable.
I can’t afford submitting my work computer to such a treatment. Sure it is playable, but I don’t ever subject that CPU to over 70 degrees temperature ;)

Yes, Gigglemoo, it is AI War 2, the “just released” sequel to one of my favorite games ever! And judging by the little I’ve seen so far, it is not only a worthy sequel, but a considerable improvement over the previous game, which is in itself a remarkable achievement.
I just want more people to buy and play this game, because it’s awesome and I want Arcen Games to keep existing and making unique, creative games for many and many years.

Seriously, the first game was so, so amazing. I dislike RTS profoundly but it just got its hooks so deep in me, because of that crazy narrative you build up. And the whole epic aspect of it. It’s funny because I think the game was done before the BSG reboot?
Each expansions made it better and better too.

Edit: if anybody’s interested, I got the infamous 25% stacking coupon available. Even though in a better world everybody should wait for the sale to end and get the game at full price and pray Arcen keeps doing what it does!
