Every frame reveal makes it worse. :)
That’s not Moebius, is it?
Nope and nope! (and nope, kooooosc :O
This game has a lot going on and has a weird scale (the trees at the bottom). It’s like there’s some sort of sub-window in the middle offset from a larger world map. I feel like I’ve seen something like it before, but can’t place a name.
Edit: I think it might be an early tactical RPG, but I’m not sure. I’ll guess Dark Wizard.
Golf Ninja!
I don’t know if it’s a real game, but it should be.
It’s Ninja Golf, and it’s as good as its name implies.
You beat the ball, you beat the turf, and you beat the other ninjas on your way to your ball!
Sadly, the difficulty of the game ramps up extremely, to coinop levels, after a very forgiving first hole.
But rarely as a game ever delivered that much on its premise, especially in the 80s.
(the black turd in the middle of the screen is my sorry ninja).
I will have to try that sometime. :)
Next frame in the 2021 thread soon.
Thanks for the update, I’m on it!

I totally would have played the hell out of that.
Whoever decided to combine golfing and martial arts is a genius.
