Hades - one of the best games ever, for all the reasons above. God Mode makes the mistake of not slowing the rate of progression, but the game does track every run where it was used for even one room, which is the bare minimum for what should be done in a roguelike (paging @tomchick)
The Wonderful 101: Remastered - this game fascinates me the same way souls games do. Who knew you can make a sophisticated character action game where one of the core skills is precisely drawing basic shapes in real time with a thumb stick. So yeah, this game is not for very many people at all.
