It is indeed Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear. Fortunately, the situation didn’t end up going nuclear, heh. Nothing hits that singleplayer “Tac Shooter” spot quite like SWAT 3 & 4 and the earlier Rainbox Six games, in spite of the age of the games. So, they often get replayed when the itch hits me.
