So there’s sushi, the kanji for “big” written with fire on a mountain (?)… that looks quite Japanese to me.

The “dai” written in fire on a mountainside is a part of a famous annual festival in Kyoto.

I don’t know that this is particularly helpful for identifying the game though.

It’s the gozan’okuribi, the flaming of the 5 giant symbols shaped on five mountains surrounding Kyoto, on the day after Obon, as to help the souls of ancestors find their way back in the other world after their yearly visit.
Informarly called the Daimonji-yaki, or Grilling of the Dai (big ass) symbol.
And serves absolutely no purpose in the game.
