I figured out what it is after having a couple of educated guesses with Google image searching. So, I’ll wait and see if anyone else can nail what game it is first.
My first guess would have been Battlefield 1943 though.
There is nothing educated about using Google to analyze images ¬_¬
Beyond the ridiculous colour scheme of the top right ship as I had guessed on the second frame, the interface itself now is just a straight copy of World of Warships.
But this looks quite terrible, and I think airplanes aren’t boats!
It’s a straight copy of World of Warships … because it’s World of Warships: Legends (PS4)! So @Left_Empty was right about the anime skins, just had them in the wrong game. :)
Even though I was taking screenshots while playing, I had the most ridiculously successful round for being a carrier while taking the pictures:
