Okay, that was fast. Here we go!
That’s some weird dithering. I’ve seen that in some game engines when there’s LOD changes, or with some kinds of blur. Hmmmm. Not sure which game that would be, though. Maybe… No Man’s Sky?
No one is correct yet, though if you are thinking of putting random words as guesses I’ll give you this clue - the game is two random words put together!

It’s a good guess, since I’m obsessed with that one right now. But it’s not nearly dark and dreary enough. :) However, it’s closer than you might think - playing TG made me want to revisit this particular title, and I’m having a blast with it all over again, which is why it popped into my head to use it immediately. You won’t find my playtime on Steam for this one, however!

I was going for “Correct Horse” or “Battery Staple” instead, but then I remembered a game with two seemingly random words in its title and went with that!
EDIT: I know they’re not random. They even make sense in the context of Arthurian myths and whatnot.
