Bad news Moggraider, good news Pogo. Well, really, good news everyone, it’s fantastic. I got the afternoon off work so I caught the matinee, and I haven’t laughed that hard in the theater in a long time.
I was blindsided by this. I stupidly filled up my weekend with other plans not realizing this was out today. I loved the first one, and have high hopes based on everything I’m reading.
The first was much better than I expected, I will be seeing the new one this weekend.
Just watched this with my wife. About 30% of the jokes went right over our heads because we’re old and out of touch, but we laughed a lot and enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. Good movie, and much better than I expected. A film like this needs more gratuitous nudity though. Just sayin’.
