Which reminds me of a massive fight Scott Kurtz (PVP author/artist) had with his twitter followers over red noses. Apparently they thought they looked Goddamned retarded, and he thought they were all uncultured slobs incapable of appreciating the rich artistic history of red noses.

I stopped regularly reading PA years ago because the preachiness gets right under my skin, but I’m all for people sifting through the dross to find the good comics so I can read them.

Every so often, Tycho writes something I think I violently disagree with. But he’s usually vague and flowery enough that I can’t be sure, so I giggle at his well-placed italics and forget it ever happened.

Oh, and I always hate when Gabe/Mike posts about his awesome-looking/sounding DnD adventures with his hip, cool friends, since I’ve only ever been able to play RPGs with young children at nerd camp or a couple of friends who were going through a “phase” where they thought they were vampires -.-
