Why did you write ‘the’ twice?
The guy stutters, Dave. Don’t embarrass him.

Open the definite grammatical article bay doors, Dave.
I just want to help him,
guys. I just want to

Yeah, I pointed out an error in an earlier comic and it took a while for some people to see what was wrong with it.

The awesome sleazy expression on Gabriel’s face in the last panel. I am glad they didn’t draw the incredibly depraved thought bubble over his head.

Do you reckon they left out ‘of’ in the first panel on purpose?
They really need a copy editor.
“Not when I’m around.” Great stuff.

Did they stealth fix it, or am I not seeing it?
I had to look twice. The phrase (with bolded, missing word): “during one of my porn harvests.”

To be fair, that’s ~50 words per comic, three times a week. Reading aloud, slowly, that could take upwards of five minutes. Between ping pong and filming for their series, there just aren’t enough hours in the day.
(I love the PATV series, but I wonder: just how unequal is the distribution of labor? Most weeks Mike has to do maybe 1.5 panels per strip – the first panel and then tweaked facial expressions – and Jerry has to write about 1200 words in blog posts on whatever topic he chooses. Then you see these episodes where some quiet guy slept on a cot in a warehouse, and Robert, the workaholic taskmaster, is glad that he’s “got what it takes to get the job done.” Good for Gabe&Tycho, it seems like they’ve set up a nice gig for themselves.)

Yep.
They do a fair bit of other stuff too, commissions and whatnot, but I suspect they work a very comfortable 40 hour week and Robert works a manically full-on 60.
But it works for them, so yay!
I suspect that Mike is prone to transcription errors, because that shit doesn’t happen in either of their posts to the site.
Yeah, it is a lot trickier to transcribe than it is to write. The internal spell-checker doesn’t really work in the same way.
“They called their motion controller The Move. ‘Handheld Thing’ could actually be its name.”
Ha. That’s pretty damn spot on.
On the other hand, as far as punchlines go, “That shit don’t cost a dollar” is pretty …awkward.

40 hours a week? really? What other stuff do they do?

They do all of those commissions for various video games that are really boring.
