Well it’s not automatically a red flag by itself. I mean in school kids advertise their personalities and interests and desires on their sleeves. It’s kind of the point of some of the stuff that happens in school. It certainly doesn’t make a guy who just murdered a bunch of people any nicer though.

I don’t think it’s particularly insightful or even fair to comment on people’s personal appearance when talking about their judgement, but in this case I think there is some merit.

How could you grow your peach fuzz out to that length without long since coming to the very obvious conclusion that you’re never going to be able to pull off a beard? To me that alone speaks to delusion - “Maybe if I grow it out longer it will somehow become thicker at the base!”

Not surprising, though as the article notes, they’re often forced to get long guns in say New York, which… I mean if you’re in NYC and some dude is randomly attacking you in the street, you’re not carrying your shotgun with you when that happens. Your home will be defended, but you not so much and from what I’ve gathered the big issue is mostly the attacks in the streets, not home invasion scenarios.
