Wow, that’s crazy! Sadly we’ve already got a Wistful. I swear every other time I see him he’s offering that or the Jolly.
The bell economy is a little weird. I’ve accumulated 9.5 million right now, sitting in my account, and that’s without doing the turnip exchange (I think my achievement progress shows 61,000 from turnips). I don’t even bother trying to make bells anymore since I’ve nothing to spend them on. They really should make a lot more very expensive items available so I can start spending again.
I remember the good ole days when I was trying so hard to make it to 1.2 million bells for the crown (and then another 1 million for the smaller crown). Since those items were bought back when, there’s been nothing to drain my account. I put between 40-80K in it every day, just from random running around, cleaning up the beaches, a few fish and bugs, and the random gains from balloons or buried bells. I’ve rarely withdrawn funds, unless an expensive item I didn’t have popped into Nook’s.

Phoebe told me today that she was thinking about moving on, and as much as I’ve enjoyed her, I decided to let her go. She’s a sisterly type, and a prolific gardener. In fact, despite the fact that she lives in a volcano, it’s a little known fact that she enjoys spending time tending her garden in the misty woods, so it was fitting that the girls and I threw her a going away garden party there.
She’ll be in boxes tomorrow, so if you’ll have a plot open tomorrow for a sisterly phoenix, let me know!
Phoebe may well be Best Girl, and I hope she finds a good home among the Qt3 family. She was one of my first two islanders and has been an awesome and hilarious friend ever since.

I enjoyed having Phoebe on my island. She was a random move in when I had a vacant plot and didn’t find someone to fill it in time, but I was very happy to have her. The reason I’m letting her go is because I love almost all my residents so much that I never want to let them leave… but I also want to have new residents from time to time. Phoebe was on the short list of those I’d let go, and the other is Bam. I love Bam, and he was one of my two starters, but as such, he is still in his starter house. Also, he is a jock, which means I have two, but I am never letting Sterling go. ;)
In any case, when the time comes that Bam tells me he wants to move on, I will let him. He’s adorable though, and is currently the only one of my residents that enjoys Naruto running all over the place. And he does it a lot.

I ran around your entire island twice before I finally found her right in front of the airport door, lol. It was worth the running around though, because your island is absolutely gorgeous! Every single little area you have set up looks just perfect! I love that you have all these perfect areas, but it all still looks so natural at the same time. Beautiful. :)

Well, Celeste can show up on any clear night, it isn’t always a meteor shower. I understand that although there may be some shooting stars when Celeste is around, it’s only a real meteor shower is Isabelle announces it during the morning announcements. I’ve only had those two or three times ever so far.
