I would have been okay with 369 anyway, honestly, so you shouldn’t feel bad. That’s a big number - it’s more than tripling anyones profits, give or take!
I made 1.2 million bells visiting, can’t complain.
I pulled in nearly 2.7million, but I had a literal basement full of turnips to sell. I was kind of glad the best price was local, I’d have needed two trips anywhere remote. Kind of a PITA.

I had 20000+ turnips to sell, glad I was able to do it local this week and not have to make 5+ trips elsewhere. Will be able to take it easy with the turnips from now on.

I can’t be bothered to make multiple trips so I never buy more turnips than I can transport on one trip. Sure I make bells a little slower but I’m not in a hurry. My house is already fully upgraded and I now have about 2.3 million in the bank, so enough to buy anything I want for the most part. Tom Nook will get his final loan paid off very slowly, since there’s only a trivial benefit to doing so.
Yeah, that’ll be my approach from now on just for a steady cash flow. We have about 11 million in bank now, but gotta pay 1.2 mil for the basement for 3 players, plus move all villagers x2, build 13 or so bridges/inclines, should leave us with a couple mil left.
I would normally not do a huge buyout like that where I’d need multiple trips, but the model was very confident in me getting a big spike next week, with a small spike the week before, so I went for it. It worked out, but yeah 4,000 (one full inventory) is the most I’ll do going forward.
I just need to sell enough to have made 10 million in pofits to close out that Miles achievement, and I think I’ll be done with turnips until new content comes out that (hopefully) gives me something to spend it all on. I think I’m at just over the 5m mark?

I had my usual group of 5 watering people over today, who were suddenly angry at my flower planting. Yes, I know it’s not ‘optimal’. Yes, I set it up how I like it and can keep track of it. Yes, I use a mix of a visual guide and text to set everything up. Yes, some fields are checkerboards and some aren’t.
Apparently this is terrible and I am a terrible person and they will no longer visit, and I’ve been blacklisted.
So if a couple people want to come finish the big sparkles, I’d accept that. After today I’ll just solo-water.
