They should make the music a DLC option.
I get the “are you sure you want to keep this on private” every time I launch an expedition on pc.
Again, anyone on PC have a contract I can join them for? Pretty please? With sugar on top?
Oh, and if anyone is having trouble finding outlaws like I was, try the Hollows dungeon.

Wasn’t the game in development for 6 years? In any case, it seems like no EA first party studio besides Dice actually knows how to handle Frostbyte. This is Bioware’s third game with this engine and the problems still persist.
I have to say, this may be one of the most head scratching decisions I’ve ever seen.
I don’t why, I think it’s great. You don’t have to worry about anyone on the team stopping every time there’s a loot drop to see what they got and to make changes.
Also, I like that you have to think about your loadout and how it works in various situations, since you can’t stop before a boss and change everything.
Hey, in Warframe you can make the spaceship move on the screen. And use chat, not that people typically do.

I agree, it keeps the game moving along. As I recall, Vermintide had a similar system, and I don’t remember being bothered by it.
You could do it from the same hub where you did everything else, though. In Vermintide you go back to the hub and can freely open loot boxes, get missions, craft stuff, manage inventory and then start you next mission. In Anthem looking at your inventory is always two load screens. Once to the Forge, and once back to the Fort. And you need to do both no matter what if you want to look at your gear and continue playing. And god forbid you loaded back to the fort after a mission on accident, cause then you’re getting four load screens in total.

One thing that may be useful to folks.
In the reviews, lots of folks were complaining about the quest where you need to complete a bunch of challenges in free play.
The quest is shorter now, but here’s a thing that seemingly people who were racing to complete the story didn’t realize:
You don’t need to go into Freeplay to do that stuff.
Just do side missions and stuff, and you will complete all those trials without even trying, with the exception of the world events one.
Just play the game for fun, and it works.
Before the “Day One” patch, the Tombs quest didn’t start counting those activities until you got the quest. After the patch, the activities start secretly counting after level 3, so that when you get the quest, you hopefully have half or more of it done already.
That doesn’t really negate the fact that it’s a really dumb quest. In the context of the story, it’s goofy because it’s supposed to be this badass hardcore challenge that most people can’t pass to prove their worth, but mechanically, it’s just requires you to check off side activities like you’ve been doing all along. To make matters worse, there’s nothing in those tombs. The payoff is an empty room with a lore pip on a coffin in each one.
The first minute or two of that video is brilliant.

How are the other 48 minutes?
Another funny moment from the video:

Increases Flamethrower damage by 0% for 0 seconds. Stacks to 0.

Hopefully they’ll improve the loot as much as Blizzard did with Diablo 3. D3’s original loot table (and drop rates, due to being adjusted down because of the existence of the in-game auction house) was so, so boring and terrible. Legendaries across the board were worse than rares, and there were almost no interesting effects at all.
Right now Anthem looks to be in a similar situation with the quality and variety of its own loot table, and I’d love to see them aim for the breadth and variety of gear that other looty games have. I’d like them to model it after a modern Diablo 3 or especially Borderlands 2, which sets the standard for awesome and varied weapons, gear, and effects in a single-player and co-op looter shooter.
I know Anthem has other issues other people care a lot about, but I do love my treasures. I just want something exciting to hunt for.
If you’re using a controller, it’s left bumper and right bumper pressed simultaneously. Don’t know about keyboard.
