We’re surprised at how much we’re enjoying our Amazon Alexa. We have it in our main den, and my wife would like to have another one for the kitchen.
I see they sell refurbished Alexas for a $50 discount, full warranty. Is there any downside to a refurb Alexa? I’d rather pay an extra $50 if there are some negative to it.

Refurbs are almost always as good, if not better than new. They’ve been given an extra once-over by a qualified tech. I’d say go for it.
We bought a refurbished Dot when they were on sale for $35 and have been quite surprised at how useful it’s turned out to be. I likewise entreat you to, as they say, go for it!
