Anyone going to CES?

It’s not quite E3 but I was wondering if anyone here was going to CES this year?

I’ll be there on the 5th for one night.

I’m there from the 4th through the 7th. Want to get together for dinner? I’m free on Friday night.

I’ll be there for the whole duration.
(was actually thinking about making a “So, Las Vegas…”-thread in EE, considering I’ll have a few extra days and have never been to Vegas/US before)

I’ll be there, covering CES and – wait for it – AVN.

Look for PS3!

And look for hot chicks with big boobs!

I’m there the 6th & 7th – I’d be game for dinner somewhere on Friday.

Well…there’s always my house.

Totally cool. I’d be totally up to getting together for dinner or drinks or whatever.

There are several options:

  • We could all invade Dungsroman’s house ;-)

  • There’s a great Brazilian BBQ place called Yoli’s. We’d have to get there fairly early (by 6PM), because it gets really crowded later than that.

  • Most of the better hotel/casinos do have good restaurants, so if you know of one you like, suggest it.

  • We could all have dinner at the Hilton and do the Star Trek Experience afterwards

PM me with ideas, and I’ll send you my email and cell phone number.

Cheers,

I’d really like to do something. At E3 I showed up at that bar and talked to a few people, then everybody moved inside without me (no fault of anyone but my smoker self) and then I left, like a douche. Next time I’ll start out drunker.

I figure everyone would prefer something more Vegasish and/or nonhousey, but you know. Just in case. I have a garage beer fridge and a 1250W sound system! My neighbor is a stripper! We can fill the pool with Jell-O! And, I’m only 10-15 minutes drive off the south Strip.

Yeah, good place. That corner has some good places to eat - McCormick and Smith, Bahama Breeze, Cozymel’s and my favorite, Hamada.

During CES? I’d avoid everything but the coffee shop at 3AM.

Hee hee, as long as nobody minds overpriced food and the STE is short with the bonus of being retarded. Waiting in line and digging all the memerobilia is more interesting. The Borg guy who walks around the restaraunt is funny, though.
