Anyone here ever cook meat with Broth or Oil in a Fondue set?

I did. I’ll post tomorrow along with the final sauces I chose. Several I took from German and Swiss websites so it was quite a mix.

Very cool! I actually have that same electric fondue pot – though ours is either sliver or else so old that all the enamel has come off of it.

where do you get the ingredients to make this. I really wanted to do this for my daughters birthday, but have never heard of these cheeses

Any large supermarket should carry the cheeses. Kirsch is a clear cherry brandy. Most liquor stores will have it.

I’d like to try. Btw, when I was in China I tried HuoGuo, it’s a bog pot where you should add different ingredients and boil them. Anyway, I liked it.
