Apps don't show up in itunes

I had to uninstall itunes. Now I’ve put it back and my 50 apps don’t show up on the ‘apps’ link. They are in the itunes folder where they were before, in ‘mobile applications’. I can’t drag and drop them in either. I’m authorized to the same account. Any ideas?

…solved. Had to show ‘list view’, then drag them into itunes.

If you have them on an iPod/iPhone, you can click on the device and select “Transfer Purchases.” Otherwise, I think you need to redownload them from the store (free).
