Do you guys like the TrackClip Pro or the hat clip better? I have been using the Pro on my headset, but last night I was using the clip for a hat and it almost seemed better.

They never ask me where to go. I get in, and they just sit there.
Open the communication panel, and see if you have some orders about the helicopter support there.
I think it’s the 0 key in the comm panel that brings up the radio functions.

The only place with an entry for helicopter support in any of the orders menus is the option I used to initially call it in, and it’s grayed out.
I’m going to just revert to last checkpoint and try it again. At this point it seems like a bug.
I’m having a little trouble with first armor mission.
Right when you make a halt for the broken Bradley, I get ejected from my tank, and can’t get back in until the C-130 is shot down. However, then it seems damaged and immobile, though I can’t for the life of me tell if anything shot it. Doesn’t seem to be the case.
flyingj, when in map mode hit the spacebar and see if you can assign waypoints that way.

I figured it out. You have to have your entire squad board first, then get in the -front- of the helicopter. Then it lets you pick a destination by pressing “0” then picking “Communications” then picking “Transport” then picking “Transport” again.
So intuitive!
You don’t have to press 0, you can access the communications panel directly with the quickcommand panel (spacebar).
The first “transport” you pick is choosing what type of support you need/want to order around. In that panel you could also pick “artillery”, “reinforcements”, etc, depending on the mission, even paradrop a humvee.
The second panel where again you choose “transport” is which transport, while is redundant in that place becuase you only had one single chopper, some mission designer could make a mission with 3 different vehicles, that’s why the second panel is needed. If in the first panel you picked artillery (like you have in secops missions or warfare missions), in the second panel you may have 4 or 5 options, not one.
It is worth getting. You can use a webcam and a free program called Freetrack, but it’s a long, long way from being “the same.” If you are on a budget, consider getting TrackIR 4, which is only $99. TrackIR 5 has higher resolution and a wider field of view, but both are significantly more accurate and responsive than a webcam + Freetrack.
logic as that checklist may seem, it is terribly hard to find out on your own. This could have been so easily solved by having a dude spend some more hours watching people play through these things.

edit: Good news, jolly chaps, they confirmed new voice sets for the British characters.
Actually, I didn’t see “New single player campaign” in the notes, so that’s my mistake. Although for $10, I’m wondering how big it can be.
Overall, it looks like a pretty good package.
Surely it will be very small, i wouldn’t trust in having a big campaign for that price, with the rest of content.
I am really excited about that content and unlike some think it’s a great deal. If it only had the integrated Artillery/mortar thing (for AI & player) I’d jump up and do Riverdance.
Unfortunately at this time the ACEII team won’t be supporting this new DLC.
