I missed the game Steam release. Congratulations, @Vic_Davis !

Bought, installed, and I’m having a problem running it. At Vic’s suggestion I’m running it in Windowed mode, but no matter what compatibility setting I try, the top and bottom are cut off, making the game unplayable. This at 1920x1080

I’ve already posted this in the Steam forum, but perhaps Vic will see it here first. Or maybe someone else has an idea.

I’m a bit late, but could it be because you use UI scaling on Windows?
I had Windows apply the UI scaling (ie DPI) settings to my own game too.
The workaround was to tell Windows not to do so:
Right Click on Armageddon Empires in your Steam library
Select: browse local files
right click on the .exe
select properties
open the compatibility Tab
select Change High DPI settings
Tick the bottom box and choose:
Override High DPI scaling behavior.

Scaling performed by:
Application

I am not sure it works, as I am under Windows 7, which doesn’t have a DPI scaling option (or I missed it?)
