Definitely draw. Pull through all these crap cards we still have. Good chance to get the Askara. Else we get a cultist and more HI.

Is there any card we can draw that would be bad to put in our hand? Stone Circle Elder lets us grab the Askara, Askara lets us banish something, Heavy Infantry is the last one we have before we reshuffle so it’s not worth anything extra if we draw it with a full hand, Apprentices give us an option to go for the Askara of Fate, no more Mystics in our deck. Only thing I wouldn’t want to draw right now is the Skeptic but even that lets us cycle the deck.

I vote to draw

Yep, this.

draw that card!

draw cycle that deck! unless a crazy situation were there, I basically always draw if it doesn’t cause a deck recycle, and draw most of the time even then.

For posterity, what did the Noxious discard on him? Or does it not show until his turn? Can’t recall.

I don’t think he discards until the start of his turn.

Draw

I drew an Apprentice and bought the Askara. We still possess the only culling and banishing cards! A Wolf Acolyte popped up. Darn!

The Noxious discarded one of his Apprentices.

Cobra Kitten’s turn! I like the looks of our next turn.

J played the Everbloom construct, and took the Wolf Acolyte and the Elder Skeptic.

Lots of possibilities! Someone get us started.

He’s got an interesting decision if he only has 3 runes, but I imagine he’s going to go skeptic and wolf acolyte otherwise. I would start with Eternal Askara the Nemesis and then see what is on the board as it will be out of our reach with our current deck and would require us listening to Opkopk to have enough Red to get to it. I don’t think that’s a road we want to go down.

Eternal Askara the Nemesis and run the Elder Skeptic to see what’s shaking.

Ugh, none of those cards are particularly appealing. So I think we should probably banish first – but which djinn? Akam would be a huge score for him, but less likely. As far as his power cards, he has super soul assassin, 1 HI, a medium and 2 militia right? How many of those has he played this round?

Just 1 militia. So he could draw 6 power in a hand but it’s not terribly likely. I’d banish Tarik and see what’s uncovered before playing the Skeptic. We can SCE a card and then draw it with the Skeptic, so I wouldn’t necessarily play the Skeptic first.

Middle of Round 6
Jakeb has 6 stars Banana has 4
Jakeb has 21 deck stars Banana has 14

Jakeb’s 22 cards:
8 Apprentices
1 Militia
2 Honey Sirens
1 Belthar Soul Collector
1 Spider Witch
1 Everbloom (mounted)
1 Battery Monk
1 Synchronizer (unmounted)
1 Arha Medium
1 Heavy Infantry
1 Lunar Stag
1 Great Omen Raven
1 Wolf Acolyte
1 Elder Skeptic

Banana’s 17 Cards:
7 apprentices
1 Mystic
3 Heavy Infantry
1 Deathsworn Warrior
1 Eternal Askara
1 Stone Circle Elder
1 Elder Skeptic
1 Askara of Fate

Need more info banish the nemesis, use the skeptic and see what we’re working with

Why do we want to banish Nemesis? There are no trophies in the void (as far as I know.) I’m more worried about Akam. I say we banish Akam first.

I guess he could potentially kill Nemesis (and collect Akam), but that’ll take all his remaining power cards in one hand.

Jake’s discard pile is:
1 Apprentice the Noxious got
1 Wolf Acolyte
1 Elder Skeptic
4 cards he used to buy the last 2 I’m guessing 4 more Apprentici

Play the Skeptic, discard an Apprentice
See what’s up

Guardian of Sadranis is a good card for us buy it to see if we can pull out a good SCE card.
Look toward banishing Grease Monk. We want to Kill all three Monsters.

Akram might be reachable soon for us and if its not we can banish with the other askara. Nemesis is begging for more trouble if he gets the right soul gem and uses after we banish Akram.

opk for mvp!

It mucks the deck a little but I think we can take it now if our creature banish doesn’t bring what we like. Otherwise leave it he’s not going to take it this early.
