fun last game where I was construct heavy on a board that had tons of those construct destroying 6 power monsters that I don’t remember the name of. The first time you hit me with one, it really screwed up my game plan for a little while (and sent my dreamer’s glass cards back on home to my deck). So from that point I realized I needed to keep that from happening again, and I managed to do that by killing one and banishing the other. Still, a close game where I was worried at the end you were going to catch me, and you nearly did… 2 points away.

Collecting the 30 stars to unlock The Wild West was a massive chore, and bore. The beauty of the original was that after nearly every level, you received a new plant. Grinding stars on previously beaten levels, for the sake of grinding stars, just wasn’t doing it for me.

That was a few days ago, but I’ve been waiting to report until my game with Vesper ended. However, I think that’s taken only a turn or two in the same time period, so I’m not sure what you want to do.

Yay, I’m playoff bound for the first time! The competition was fierce among the Elder Growmites this month. I feel like I had a very strong month, but I still only barely squeaked in. What does ‘trophies’ mean, and how does that factor into the scoring?

RTFM brings two things to mind. First is George Takei saying “Read the Fine Manual” in the tutorials for Starfleet Command.
Second is “Which FM? The Kinsey Report, The Joy of Sex, or the Kama Sutra?”
Yo dog, the manual doesn’t say anything about trophies, just green columns and dots. The dots part is kind of confusing because it makes it sound like the rewards are going to the person who previously made the playoffs, but I think it actually goes to the person who defeats them?
You must master the rewards, or the rewards will master you.
I did, but it was kind of a slow day.
In other news, Dave beat me 10-5 in the unicorn challenge. I was making a comeback, but then he cheated.
