Wilycat, that was epic. He grabbed a ridculously early Hedron cannon, I lucked into both the combustion idol and the all-seeing eye. Then he killed Kythis. The board was swarming with tyrants at one point. We ended 3 points within each other. Good game!
ironcub over fuzzyslug, thanks pretty much only to a first turn Dreamers Glass. It’s terribly OP’ed and I am going to send RotF + IH games instead to avoid seeing that card for awhile.

That was about the most tilted I’ve been with Ascension.
Initial board had Runic Lycanthrope and Flytrap Witch on it along with some decent 4-cost card and a Great-Omen Raven. I have a 3/2 start, so I’m reasonably likely to get the Lycanthrope and Witch, except that tecwrtr also has the 3/2 start and is going first. Then turn 3 for the evil one is Witch, Lycanthrope, four Apprentices, FHQ, and it didn’t get much better from there.
It was a good game though!

Indeed. I’ve kind of lost track of the standings, largely because I think I’m getting killed. Is it 8-5 or 9-4?
9-4 I think. I just keep the my winning games around (hit the home button at the final screen) while I banish the losing games (via the done button) with extreme prejudice.

It was a great game. I thought I’d pulled it out but you won by a nose, grabbing the 6-pt construct late. Could have used some better monster targets on my last turn!
