I just had a wild moment where I’d whittled my deck down to 5 cards + constructs without realizing it. I had only 2 Rune generating cards: a Mystic and Snake Shaman, so I just barely had enough to buy another Mystic. Which I did, and then promptly drew with a Nook Hound.

Gus defeated DDTibbs. In the second game it was mostly it was Belthar and the Soul Assassin teaming up to give me runes and Honor at the same time, so I stayed slightly ahead on Honor while picking up pricey cards like Aiyana and Emri with only 2 Mystics in my deck.

Gus defeated Brakara. This was the game I mentioned where I pruned my active deck down to 5 cards. I had all of 16 deck points, but won because I had a 22 point Honor advantage.

Someday I’d like to try and cull my entire deck down to zero cards. Preferably while playing Mr Sweetie.

AT > Brakara by 6 in the playoffs - holy shizzle did I get lucky in the last turn, drawing two Wandering Askaras to get a bonus turn. In a deck of 30+ cards no less. Might have won anyhow, but it would have been a tie at best, I think. Super competitive and strategic game, B.

Might be missing a result or two, but I don’t think anyone can get to 4 wins to challenge me or ddtibbs, so that should be the finals matchup! But we’re in the middle of a game for December, so the fans will have to wait.
