After the collapse of the blue circle, the commissioners improvised, and created these new playoff rules:

The two Circle champions will each play two games versus each of the four Pit champions, as if each Circle champion has a doppleganger. Whichever side has the best record will go to the finals.

If the Circle champions defeat the Pit champions, then the two of them immediately enter the finals.

But if the Pits defeat the Circles, then the four Pits will each play a game with the others and the winner will be our March champion.

I had to read it a couple times but I think it checks out.

Circle champions each play all the pit winners. If the Circle guys have more combined wins, they play each other for the championship. If the Pit guys have more combined wins, they all play against each other. I assume whoever has the most wins out of that will be the champion, though I’m not sure what happens if everyone goes 2-2.

edit: Whoops - pardon me, still caffeinating myself. It’s not possible for everyone to go 2-2, but there could still be a multiple people tying I think. What’s the tiebreaker?
