No Orwellian erasure for me, thanks. The only person I ever put on ignore was Dirt, and most of the time I read his posts anyway. Adding the step of consciously clicking on it meant that I couldn’t be caught unawares and hurt my brain. Seems to me that the nuclear ignore plugin thingy would make things very confusing when someone shit the thread and everybody was bagging on them.

ffvb lets you click on someone and they just disappear. Forever.

Sad to say, but the yenta culture around here is incredibly mild compared to what I’m used to. That’s a good thing, and part of why I’m here now and not there.
