What’s the fucking point anyway, we’re all going to get banned sooner or later. For something, or nothing, or for far less than what the people who infest this site like a syphilitic chancre do on a regular basis to prove some point that nobody fucking cares about. Yes Adree made a joke, man let’s put the kibosh on that action. He plays tons of games and has legitimate insight and opinions on them but whatever, he might have teased someone with a gif you know! Oh, but other people state clearly and loudly that they are here to be assholes, let’s make sure they are allowed to exercise their right to be jackasses wholesale, how dare you or I or anyone say different.
The rules here are fucking stupid and the stupidity is only compounded by the fact that they are enforced by people I respect and really like. I am tired of being painted like I or anyone else who clearly enjoys being here are somehow pissing in the face of authority because nobody, and I mean nobody, has any idea of what the fuck is appropriate or not. Every single time I have voiced opposition to what someone else has said, no matter how big of an obvious idiot they are, it has been eventually met with explicit opposition by the people who run this place. Whereas I don’t really agree that the longer you have been posting here, the more you should be allowed to get away with, neither do I think that people who are essentially noobs be allowed free run while anyone who has been here a length of time is put on a choker leash shorter than spatzi’s dick.
Do you know how long I (or Bahimiron, or Adree, or any other regular) would be allowed to continue posting if I/we started or disrupted a thread in such a brazenly obnoxious manner as spatzi or Octonoo? Did you guys see why scharmers, as venerable a poster this site has, was banned? The rationale is, we should know better. Everyone should know better than to be an asshat spewing racist cuntbabble or some bleating fucking jerk constructing posts as big and loud and obnoxious as possible. How are those things not part of the rules that apply to everyone? Fuck you for telling me to just ignore these people. These people make this site a chore to read. Other smarter posters teasing them does not. That makes it easier. You fail Forum Moderation 101 if you think otherwise.
Anyone who dares tell me to use the Ignore feature, go fuck yourselves with something pointy and likely to cause a serious infection. The excessive - and it is excessive - moderation on this site should preclude having to use the Ignore feature on posters who flagrantly violate what should be core rules of conduct on any site with a forum, not just ones that apply to people with more than 3,000 posts. Nobody should have to Ignore Octanoo and spatzi, they should have been banned long ago. But here they stay, gloating and with good reason because they can literally do whatever they want. spatzi got one week after getting nothing for gleefully admitting he’s a racist and then doing it again. Raife was banned ostensibly forever for commenting on someone’s ban. Anyone who thinks this makes a lick of sense should be put into a camp and have IDIOT tattooed across their forehead.
If I wasn’t feeling sick and slowly being reined in by apathy I would post a chart showing everyone who has been banned in the last oh, 3-6 months with their post count and the reason given and we can all see just how skewed things are. Or not, because who cares anymore. I do for about 10 minutes every few weeks and then realize that there’s no point, and anyway I don’t want to be banned because I like posting here so much I will pretty much not say anything anywhere, because with 10,000+ posts and a reputation like I have developed here, I cannot possibly be too careful. I argued with Kelly Wand in the Paranormal Activity 2 thread and I was literally wondering if that would get me into trouble while I posted it. Octonoo could have posted a fat guy bathing in red wine and called me a moron and nobody in authority would have said boo. Why? Because he doesn’t have to worry, and I do. That’s Qt3 these days.
