Yeah, this is looking more and more like a game that owners (or prospective owners) should probably just hold off 3-4 weeks before trying to play seriously. Between the improvements mentioned in the roadmap and the litany of bugs and weirdness detailed in posts I’ve seen in various forums and Steam discussions, this looks like it will be a much smoother experience by around mid-October.
I will probably plink around with it some more just to get an idea of how it works and how I may want to restart/rebuild my character when it’s all patched up.
