Sounds like a good deal, though I was really aiming to do SR3 on the console… Tough choice!
Yup. That’s the best I’ve seen so far, and I’d bet that’s as good as it will get before launch.

When does Greenman provide the Steam code? Anyone know?
Card on there is expired (and would have been hard to remove because it paid for that special last year), so I was okay on that.
Thanks, btw, I’ll go grab that eBay offer (if I still can).

Hm, that’s lame. Thanks for the info.
You may want to check out the XBOX LIVE HACKED thread. People that had expired cards on their Live still got hit because some banks will allow charges to go through anyway as long as the bank account is active.
Yeah, it’s not great, but for 4 days wait you get a $16.01 discount. I’ll take it.
I believe GMG is a UK site, so I would think they get the UK release dates.
Nice! My Gold sub is up in March so I definitely jumped on this.

Hmm… this is making me reconsider moving my Amazon order over; three days of not playing isn’t worth the $6 difference for me. I should’ve done more research before posting.
Crap, I wonder if that will delay my Batman purchase too. I thought I saw the UK release date for the PC version was the 18th.
Oh well, at this point everything has died down about the game so I can wait a few more days and play Skyrim.
Any suggestion on whether to get saints row the third on PC or on console?
Thanks in advance

Well, it doesn’t have local co-op, which in my mind is the biggest selling point for console. So, whichever you like, I guess? Probably a good couch game.

Well, it does have system link, which can be useful depending on your gaming habits. Otherwise I’m also aiming to get the console version for the couch effect, even though PC version is cheaper & probably has better graphics (?)

I’d advise to wait for the next Steam sale on that-- besides, X3 Terran Conflict is the one you really want.

New customers can get a game for $2.99 from Big Fish Games – just enter NEW299 at checkout. It’s a casual-heavy store, but has some good adventure games.

Thanks for the heads-up. It still comes with Fruit Ninja, so it’s an even better deal if you want that (which I did).
It’s a credit card (no bank account tied to it), and it’s not a valid card # at this point.
And I’ve been checking periodically just in case because of the thread.
