All right, you sold me. Gonna grab it now.

Wait – I already own it. Well I guess that’s settled.

GamersGate has Metro 2033 for $6.78, a little over $3 cheaper than Steam has it as part of their sale duration price, though it’s possible it’ll be a daily deal on Steam by the end of the weekend. No idea how long GG’s price will last.

They also have Bulletstorm for $7.98, Darksiders for $6.80, STALKER for $5, the Guild II Gold for $5.98 and Master of Orion 1+2 for $3.57. Also a ton of other games.

They also have Fear 3 for 63% off, which comes to $33.47. So the retail price for Fear 3 is $89.99. Clearly the finest game ever made?

Best Buy’s Black Friday ad today lists 3-month Xbox Live Gold cards for $8. That’s $4 less than most other places sale prices, and a $16 discount off retail. It’s not listed as a doorbuster (wait in line thing) but I can’t imagine they will last long at that price.

Did you mean Space Pirates and Zombies, or is there another game I don’t know about? Because SPAZ is half-off.

It’s $5 at Amazon.

LOTRO Players : On Black Friday the Isengard expansion will be 50% off at all levels for one day only. That means that the normally $50 Legendary Edition will be $25. The LE comes with all 3 Rohirrim mounts, all 3 Rohirrim armor sets, Trollshaws, Eregion, Mirkwood, Moria and Lothlorien quest packs, a special title and 1000 Turbine Points. That’s a pretty good deal for $25 if you don’r already own the expansion.

Also, all quest packs are 20% off for the weekend, so if you’ve been saving some TP for a particular pack now is the time to grab it. I haven’t been playing for awhile, but I know I will want to go back eventually and this seems like too good a deal to pass up even if I don’t return for a few more months.

For those who missed the Orcs Must Die steam deal yesterday, it’s on gamersgate for the same price. I appreciate that they try to match steam’s sales on quite a few occasions in an attempt to compete.

I’ve been back on a Spectromancer kick for a week or so. I’ve never tried multiplayer, though, until this thread reminded of it. It’s a blast, even though I’m getting my ass kicked.

Definitely pick it up.

The new version of Dejobaan’s AAAAaaaAAAAAAaaAA! (for the Awesome) is still 33% off on Steam for a grand total of $6.69. If you were even vaguely interested in the concept of somewhat abstract competitive base jumping but were left cold by the original (like me), this one captures the feel of actually falling much better. They added shaders and bloom and all that jazz and it actually worked greatly in the favor of the falling sensation.

That aaaaaaaaaa game video totally tweaked my fear of heights. :-\

Oh, Bargain Thread, you so crazy.

Also in Best Buy’s Black Friday Ad, they have Assassin’s Creed Revelations for $35.

Winner!

Origin has started up its Black Friday sale. In case you aren’t reading the Black Friday thread someone started to avoid cluttering this thread, a thread designed for bargain news that may only be viable for hours, then here’s the two biggies so far:

Battlefield 3, $30
Batman: Arkham City, $25

Looks like they’re rolling them out all day, cos they’ve announced 200+ games and have released like … five so far. And two of them are just big, crappy bundles. Batman’s listed on the frontpage but hasn’t been added to the deals page yet and is still listed for $50 on its page.

Metro 2033 is always at $5 at some site or other. It’s like the abandoned step-child or something

Origin also has its RECENTLY release of NFS: The Run for $19.99 BF sale.

I’m a big racing fan, and I’m suprised no one here has a thread on it.

Any good?

So Achron is on sale:

You get TWO copies for 10 bucks, a la Frozen Synapse.

Here’s the thread. I’m a big racing fan too, and I loved the demo. But the full game got pretty poor reviews, so I’m going to wait for a really low price point before buying. Probably $10.

gamemusicbundle.com

Indie Game Music Bundle: Black friday sale, 10 albums, 1 dollar. One day only

Unfortunately half of them don’t even say what game they’re from… among the list are Minecraft, ARES, Meatboy, and VVVVVVV. For $10+ you can get a few more with them. Should I have put this on the music board instead?

OMG SOLD! I love video game soundtracks!! Yay!! Thanks!!

Pride of Nations for $8 at Beamdog.
