I would assume not if you’re paying THQ via Paypal. Worked fine for me and I’ve got my keys, and I would assume THQ wouldn’t throw a fit over it since they’re getting their money.

They’ve lost that frisson of being a special, unique event that the first Humble bundle had… but they’re still cool games at great prices, so I’m happy to see them continue. It’s easy enough to ignore one if there’s really nothing at all I think is worth a few bucks. And obviously they’re making money for the developers or they wouldn’t keep doing them.

If you really want Saints Row 3 you can order it off 1C’s Russian site. It’s about $20 or so there.
