The Oil Blue looks quite interesting, but the rest are meh, I think I am passing this time around. ***

*** Ok Dino-D-Day sold me, for $3.05, I remember it looked like DoD:s but with dinosaur lulz.

That game is awful. Just a warning.

I fully expect it to be horrible. But it has dinosaurs eating people, so its at least worth 15 minutes of my time. :)

Plus its the Christmas Bundle, maybe they will tack on something awesome.

Christmas Bundle, more like Bad Bundle am I right?

Kind of disappointed (Dino D-Day was godawful during free weekend, already own Eets), but that’s the risk of preordering. Hopefully The Oil Blue gets a Steam key because that’s the title I’m most interested in and history shows I ignore my games if they aren’t purchased through Steam. Otherwise the Rush Coil album will most likely be the best part of the bundle for me.

Blackwell Trilogy is something I’ve been meaning to play, having it on Steam is nice. Bought!

Yeah, this is easily the weakest bundle so far, so I’ll pass.

The Blackwell games are supposed to be good, but I already have several highly regarded indie point-and-click adventures sitting unplayed.

New Steam Daily Deal: Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II

Though not listed on the daily deal page, the original Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition is also at 75% off.

I really liked the Oil Blue. It’s like a really atmospheric arcade management game. It can get pretty frantic, but, thanks to the atmosphere, I found it a relaxing and engaging experience.

EDIT: Ha ha, I like how “overlooked” is one of the descriptors for the Oil Blue.

Origin is offering 40% off many of its titles today only – December 12th. This link might take you to a list of featured games or it might not because Origin is kind of like that. The deal covers games on all major platforms (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) and includes recent releases like Battlefield 3 ($35.99), Batman: Arkham City ($29.99) and, as they say, more.

EDIT: It’s over! You missed it! Although you can use a coupon code of QT3 to get 25% off if you want.

My game is 50% off until midnight GMT (so about 5 hours left) making it a mere $5.

“What is your game?” you may be thinking. Well it’s this one: http://www.wavesgame.com

It’s a twin stick shooter for PC combining hints of Geometry Wars, Every Extend, GunRoar and Max Payne (It has Bullet Time).

It’s available on the Steams but it’s only on sale on my site because you can’t just put something on sale on Steam because you felt like it.

The version you can buy from me registers on Steam as well.

Oh and Youtubes

I enjoyed the Force Unleashed 1, I am a star wars fan, a difference of $5 will not determine whether I go hungry tonight, am I crazy for thinking of getting The Force Unleashed 2?

You’re not crazy. I mean, the game is awful, but $5 is a fair price for half an hour of force pushing dudes off a platform.

I like the cut of your jib, sir. Consider your game boughted.

Everytime I look at Origin’s sale page I’m immediately turned off. There’s something about the way they present it that irks me. I think it mostly has to do with the way they don’t really tell you what’s on sale and try to group things weirdly. I just want a list, with the % off and the price - Like most DD sites do.

Their website seems poorly designed in general. I did a search to see if there was a Sims 3 bundle and search results were presented ten at a time and the only way to change pages was to select the next grouping 11-20 from a dropdown list. No next page button or clickable links of any kind.

Hurrah! You are a fine gentleman of excellent taste. You are also quite handsome.

The 50% off is only valid for another 45 minutes BUT because I’m lovely I’ll throw up a coupon code for 25% off after that.

So when this sale ends there will be a permanent super secret Quarter To Three sale for 25% off (note the offers don’t stack).

Coupon code: QT3
