You are most welcome. Enjoy your game!!!
Update #2 on the lilbigbundle thingy:
The account page now has my downloads and keys. Only one for Steam, Serious Sam Double D. That activated without anymore problems. I’ve got too many games installed to try the others from the bundle yet, but a friend said the installer program downloads & runs a separate installer. You can pause that in between & backup the files elsewhere without having to re-activate/download them.
Steam Daily Deal for December 15th is Limbo for $2.50 (75% off).

That reminds me, I need to go back and replay Limbo on the 360 and get the rest of the achievements. Apparently they involve getting hidden squishy things, and I wouldn’t mind playing through Limbo again.

So I’m a few pages behind… anyone who got this last time, do you get separate codes for the game and the DLC pass? Already bought the game at launch but if I can get the DLC pass for myself and the game for someone else for only 24 bones I’ll probably pick this up.
I have spent way too much money at the GoG sale. I’m thinking like 12 games, or something.
That is all.

I ordered it a week or so ago via THQ’s UK store and you do get separate codes. One for the game, one for Genki preorder DLC, and one for the season pass.

I don’t think anyone mentioned that Nuclear Dawn has a free weekend on Steam starting today. Its on sale for $12 as well. I just spent about half an hour with it and it seems OK. Nothing great but not bad either. I’ll probably spend some more time with it and see if it clicks with me.

Is there any singleplayer for this or is it all multi?
Edit: Nevermind. It appears to not have any solo play.

For anyone with a Chase Freedom card, don’t forget to activate the 5% cash back for the next quarter (Jan-Mar 2012.) One of the 5% categories is Amazon.com so a nice 5% discount on any games you buy there for the new year…

So…only 1 of the LIttleBigBunch games will activate on Steam?
Also, can someone who has bought Digital Download stuff from Amazon, comment on how that works after your initial download? Would I be able to download it again, at any time ala Steam? Do they have some sort of Amazon.com DRM client?
Thanks tonnes!
On Amazon when you are logged in there will be a link in the upper right that says “Your Digital Items”. Click that and it’ll take you a page with entries for video, music, ebooks and games you have with them. From the game library you can access keys for or redownload any games you’ve bought. I don’t think there is a download limit.

Bring on the Steam Christmas Sale thread! I’ve cleared out 50GB of space on my HD so I’m ready!

There isn’t, they specifically say you can redownload as often as you need to.
Just the one it looks like, unless more activation codes are buried somewhere.
I’d be really cautious about buying downloads from Amazon. They used to run one of the largest Digital Distribution sites, and shut it down with a couple months warning to download without giving more activations afterwards.

Damn it, I just realized that the Steam sale coincides with my trip.
Is there a Recommend-Me-a-VPN thread around here or another suggested method to beat regional pricing? My game-playing computer and money will be in the US, but I won’t be.
On the other hand, maybe I should embrace this opportunity to beat the sale.

If you really want one of the daily deals, you can always ask here if someone in the US would be willing to gift it to you (if you pay the cost, of course). Besides daily deals, you should of course wait for the last day, where you might try the same for any other games you want.
It’s worth a try, at least, although you’d probably want to limit the number of games to get, which might not be a bad thing.
