Looks like they corrected their pricing. Very common for GamersGate.
I don’t believe that these copies of Rome or MII will, sorry. But Steam has the Rome package on sale for five bucks; same with Medieval II.

Ah damn it! Sucks not being home in time to get that deal. Oh well.

Deus Ex: HR standard is $9.99 at Amazon. Don’t know if that’s been mentioned.

Excellent first post!
Kind of a shame that the Augmented ED. is 29.99 though.

Oh so this is nice. I ordered Deus Ex HR Standard from Amazon for 9.99 and I got a $5 credit good for my next game bought using their digital service.
Thank you for your purchase from Amazon.com. It is our pleasure to let you know that you have earned a $5 credit toward the purchase of the top selling game downloads of 2011 good starting 1/1/2012 and good through 1/31/2012.

That $5 is a trick. Trust me, it’s their ‘top selling’ games, and those are freaking pricey compared to other retailers. And plus, it’s only applicable after Christmas sales are done. Assuming things haven’t changed since I got my credit ( with the same rules) a week ago for another game.

Is duex ex HR a steamworks game? If I buy it on Amazon, can I get it on steam?
Can’t be any less worthless than the “25% off any Valve game after the holiday sale” coupon Steam gave me.
Ah. There we go. Thanks boss.

How come I can’t even see paypal on gamersgate? I only see 4 payment options, 2 moneybrookers, POLi, and blue coins. This is really frustrating.

I don’t know if they ever fixed this, but last I heard (last year?) you couldn’t use paypal on EA or Ubisoft games through GG.

Interesting. Well in case anyone is having the same problems (maybe it’s an Australian thing) I was able to fix it by selecting moneybrookers at checkout, then going back to order details when at the moneybrookers screen, and selecting paypal from the drop down list.
So maybe I didn’t notice this before, but the download version of Football Manager 2012 is $20 on Amazon right now, and it activates on Steam. Also carries a coupon for $5 off one of Amazon’s best-sellers, but you can’t use it until next month.
Steam itself has the game priced at $30, or 25% off.
OOTP Baseball 11 is only $4 on Gamersgate. It’s not the most recent version (12), but might be worth a try for those of us wondering what all the fuss is about.
(And OOTP 12 is on sale for $20 on their own site, too.)
I enjoyed it quite a bit, although I never played TW2 so I couldn’t offer a comparison. Divinity 2 has a couple of unusual mechanics built in which helped make it refreshing to play rather than just another tired fantasy romp.
I used PayPal to purchase Settlers 7 and Anno 1404 in July of this year.

As a dirty european, I can’t buy any amazon games. Would anyone be willing to buy Deus Ex & Renegade Ops for me and send me the steam codes? Obviously I’d reimburse you ASAP via Paypal (should be 13$ together, right?)
