So Amazon currently has a “buy one 3DS game, get the second 1/2 off” promotion.

As usual, I’d like the Shin Megami Tensei game, but I’m finding it hard to pick a second, which should probably be a warning sign that I just shouldn’t go for this deal. The Pac Man/Galaga game might be okay, but Lego Pirates of the Carribean is probably the best of the lot but it’s basically another Lego game.

The main reason to look at it is I still only have the Tom Clancy game (still playing regularly), and Street Fighter IV for the 3DS.

Yeah, I couldn’t convince myself to buy anything from that 3DS sale either for the same reason (only really want SMT: DSO). If you don’t have Zelda: OOT 3D Amazon has it for $30, though. Best game on the system (unless you hate Zelda).

Big Fish Games is having a sale on all their non-CE games. $4.99 for any non Collectors Edition game with the coupon code SUMMERTIME.

Thanks Lorini, I’m hopelessly addicted to horror-themed Find the Hidden Object games at the moment, so that will come in handy :D

It’s the Time Management games for me. I think I’ve replayed Rescue Team at least 20 times now and I’ll probably replay it again today:).

Looks like all their iphone games are also on sale. Does anyone have recommendations? I’m completely unfamiliar with their catalog.

Get Drawn: The Painted Tower and Nick Chase: A Detective Story. If you like hidden object games get one of the Hidden Expedition games. Then get the Big Fish Game Finder app, which makes it much easier than the App Store to browse their titles and screenshots. It looks like literally everything is a buck.

Ack! I should really pick this up.

Holy crap, you totally should! Game is worth 4x that much.

Anyone see any deals on Space Marine for PC? :|

Child of Eden is $9.99 at Best Buy, not sure how long that’ll last. Sold out online, but I found one locally pretty easily.

If you want to get into HOGs the Mystery Case Files are the top of the crop.
Especially Ravenhearst and Return to Ravenhearst if you like creepy / horror.

Madame Fate or Huntsville are lighter but offer more straight up Hidden Object Scenes (the newer ones mix in some light adventure elements (use object x on y)).

Steam’s deal is Delve Deeper for $2.49 or a bundle with its expansion for $2.74. Been meaning to check this game out.

The cheapest I’ve seen it is at Direct2Drivewhere it’s 10% off the pre-order, plus you can use the CHEAPASS15 coupon to save another 15% to bring the price to $38.21 (USD). Keep in mind its a SteamWorks game, so you can just activate the code you get from D2D with Steam. You also get a free copy of Darksiders.

I’m quite tempted by this deal but I haven’t pulled the trigger yet…

People from AUS (and US):

Impulse has modern warfare 2 for $15, and it doesn’t seem to be region restricted!

Good enough for me! Thanks for the heads up.

I agree on the Mystery Case File ones, they are great.
Besides the one you mentioned Mystery case File: Dire Grove is good too, with a Blair Witch Project vibe, and I recently finished The Thirteenth Skull, which was very good and has a bit of a twist towards the end.

For a more puzzly type game that isn’t horror themed the “Drawn” series is pretty good and so is the “Awakening” series, which got a new chapter recently (which I’ll probably pick up this weekend).

For a younger audience (Or a lighter tone) the Samantha Swift ones are very nice too.

That is Bizzare since none of the people who are personalities of that site play PC games. Weird place to put a sale.
