J & R has a few PC game titles on sale for $3.99 or two for $7. These are retail disk versions, not digital downloads. One that caught my eye is a Silent Hunter II and Silent Hunter III combo pack, which does not have StarForce. Other titles include:
Assassins Creed I and II combo
Tom Clancy’s EndWar and World In Conflict combo

I had the same problem with BB’s last sale, had to get the game shipped to home. I hope you can find Driver, Wade, it’s amazing!

I finally got it, thanks! They said they couldn’t ship it, despite their automated “sorry we couldn’t find it” email saying they could. I had to go to a Best Buy 30 miles from my house, but I wasn’t doing anything else this evening anyway. Nevermind that the game now costed me $16 including gas. But I had a nice road trip with me daughter.

If anyone was intrigued by the memory altering part of Remember Me, there is another French game where you watch a character and infuence her actions indirectly (in this case, through a voyeuristic security system), 2008 adventure game The Experiment 112, which is $2.50 on GamersGate right now.

GamersGate also has its new plate of daily deals, including Wargame for $20, everything Gratuitous Space Battles for $7, and more.

Even with their deals, eventually i’m going to be forced to give up on them if they don’t get their website in order.

There comes a point when the frustration that comes from attempting to order a game on GMG cancels out the money discount.

I am willing to put up with the frustration for 20-30% pre-order discounts.

Whats even more crazy is that every game they have given away for free, eventually is worth something a few months later for trade in. I’ve traded back $8 worth of credit, from free games.

I can’t believe I made it through the Steam sale (almost) without buying anything, only to spend all the money I saved on GG.

I really enjoyed playing The Experiment a couple of years ago. Thought the puzzles were really satisfying at times and the story concept was intriguing. Never did finish it, I wonder if you find out who exactly you are playing as. The only thing I didn’t like was how cluttered the screen would become at times since you’d have different cameras on at once while also looking through files and such searching for passwords.
