Darksiders 2 is also $18 on Steam and Amazon. Season Pass is $6.80 on Amazon, while no DLC is on sale on Steam.

Gamersgate does have that “Blue Coin” system, though, which is a store credit cashback that apparently adds up nicely if you shop there a lot.

The game requires Steam for activation, regardless of where it’s purchased.

The season pass and one or two other items (I couldn’t tell you offhand which) are gameplay content - new areas and quests and whatnot.

Commandos Complete Edition is on sale at Gamersgate for $3.75, less if you have the IGN discount. That’s 5 games for $3.75. Pretty good value.

Haven’t played it myself but my boys said it was good. If you like the first one, there appears to be no drop-off.

I disagree that there was no drop off. I loved the original, but while the mechanics were improved in the sequel I found it to be kind of tedious. Haven’t finished it and don’t plan on it either.

NightSky is a clever little indie game–just a 2D sidescroller in which you’re a rolling ball, using some of that silhouetted shapes action that’s so trendy these days. I’d recommend it for less than $3 (on Steam today).

I haven’t played the 2nd one and thought the first was only so-so, but I have no desire to play the 2nd because it has the same silly look of God of War. I liked that #1 looked a bit more like a serious game than the rest of the pack, something #2 seems to be sorely messing.

Doesn’t feel like GoW at all, more like DMC. Definitely an improvement on 1.
