I agree that it’s an arcade game (as in, it’s the kind of game you would find in an arcade back when that was a thing, except way more polished and player-friendly), but what does that have to do with it being fun? I guess it means you don’t like arcade games.

I have officially become a game collector, rather than a gamer. My backlog is already literally too large for me to finish in what remains of my life span, and I think I get more of a dopamine jolt when I buy a game than I do when I play them.

With all the RPGs I’ve bought over the years on sale, I’m going to need to look into cloning for any chance to actually play them all.

Heh. I look at my Steam list and feel anxious. A feeling that is not helped at all by being absorbed in Guild Wars 2, with its endless possibilities. At least Steam games don’t take up space, unlike all my console and portable cartridges and disks.
