Pretty good deal at GetGames: some relatively new-ish games going 2 for $10. http://www.getloadedgo.com/
Inquisitor, too. Can anyone comment on it? Worth 3.74?

Only if they patched their horrible, horrible stamina mechanic.
Can someone comment if they did?

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning Collection is $15 at Gamersgate. This includes the 2 of the 3 DLC’s (excludes the one with armor and weapons).
I would like to get this game, but I know that the this version activates on Origin. I really don’t want to sign up for another game service, especially one that I most likely won’t use for any game but this one. What are the chances that Steam might have this game and the DLC’s for the same or cheaper price in their winter sale?
Not likely. The way someone explained it in another thread, EA published the game on all platforms, but the company that made it (that no longer exists) self-published the version of the game on Steam. So since they’re no longer around to put the Steam version on sale, the EA-published versions are the only ones you’re likely to see on sale. At least, that’s how someone explained it a few months ago, I don’t know if the legal situation has changed since then.

Thanks I was wondering why the Steam version was still $60. I’ll probably get the Gamersgate version.
Eh, Origin is ok as these services go. I’ve kind of resigned myself to a suite of download services at this point. It allows me to access a bunch of games at great prices. I paid about $7 for KoA and I’m enjoying it so far.

Yea, I’ll have to resign myself as well. Other than Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning I didn’t see any game that I wanted that I couldn’t get somewhere else and cheaper as well.
That’s probably true at the moment but Origin has had occasional sales that get me. I think I grabbed Bulletstorm for $7 over a year ago and I picked up Dead Space 2 for about $5. Nobody does sales like Steam but I now have games from Origin, Impulse, and a couple of others because, dammit, sometimes the prices are too good to pass up.

Gamefly has Borderland 2 for $29.99.
Save the grief for your therapist about Gamefly. It registers on Steam.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is $16 on GetGamesGo. Cheapest I’ve seen it.
So GOG has all three Thief games on their daily sale today, and I’ve a bit of a conundrum. I’ve triple dipped on the games. I’ve got vanilla Thief 1, Thief 2 and Thief 3 all on separate disks. Then I’ve got a DVD with all of them (except it also has Thief 1 Gold). I’ve got a Steam copy of the trilogy, and yet…
For some reason, I really want to get them on GOG, thereby quadruple dipping. Some weird part of my brain will feel “comforted” if I have them there as well, apparently. What the hell is wrong with me?
Apparently, some weird part of your brain. :D

This has a surprisingly good campaign. Definitely recommend it.

Too many experiments performed on you by aliens I would guess.
My assumption is that you are afraid that someone will steal the games so you want backups. It is called Thief after all.
