Yea, grab SR3. THQ need all the money they can get to ensure we get more Saints-Row and we get to see more of the Metro.
Bets are on a date around June 25th as it started there last year.
Grabbed SR3 finally … on to the mighty backlog with you!
What are the “must own” Ultimas?
Less than 4 weeks away, time to get some money over to my Paypal account. Then again, if I buy anything else my backlog may attempt to smother me in my sleep…
Thanks, guys.
My backlog is immense. :D
Green Man Gaming sent me an email this morning touting a “Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Sale” and a code for 10% off anything in their catalog.
The code is “ROYAL-BARGA-INING” and is supposedly good for 10% off any title they sell, even stuff already on sale. I assume it can be used multiple times as well.
Not the greatest bargain, but if you were going to buy something from GMG on sale already maybe it’ll snag you and extra couple bucks (or pounds) in savings.
Stop looking it as a backlog and start looking at it as a collection. ;)
Yeah, that GMG deal is great. They currently have Dead Island and DLC at 60% off (+don’t forget the voucher code that Slainte posted). To get the code to work on all three items (base game and the 2 DLC), I had to place 3 separate orders, but maybe it will work easier for you guys. Registers on steam.

And Killing Floor is 75% off (also registers on steam).
My collection is immense!
Doesn’t that sound better? :)
Wanted to point out that the Saint’s Row sale on Steam applies to the season pass or whatever, making Genkibowl, …Clones, and …Space, $6.80 as a package.
I would go with 5 over 4 if you’re only going to get one. But both is better!
EDIT: Oh, duh, they’re sold together! 4,5,6 is a great combo!
4-5-6 come packaged together.

Another vote for Ultima V. It’s the peak of the engine used on 3,4, and 5, and little tweaks in the combat (diagonal targeting) and dungeons (a variety of cool graphics replace the wire-frame graphics of the latter), the spell system is easier to use, and it’s epic, adding an entire underworld to the mix.
By far my favorite Ultima.
