No, that corpse has not been raped enough.

And I’ve never seen the Humble Bundle highest tier all the way up at $25.
Well, they’re experimenting. If it works, then okay whatever.

Is it a question when you already know the answer?

Same here. I just spent more on this bundle than I did for the last Steam sale. Just couldn’t pass up 5 bucks for 5 games.

RE: Deep Silver Bundle and Saints Row…
I have no willpower and have emboughtened this bundle.

Do I need to play Saints Row 1 to understand SR2 or SR3?

No. SR1 really barely has a plot and is a pretty generic GTA clone that was only ever available for 360.

I bought the bundle, I dunno why exactly. I’m not gonna play any of these games but at least I get to support charity.

Humble’s first Weekly Sale, Bastion, had a $25 tier.

And the Double Fine Amnesia Fortnight bundle had a $35 bar to add Broken Age.

Indie game stand has Sentinel for $10 or pay what you want.

Sentinel is an interactive audio tower defense game. It mixes strategic gameplay with a dynamic music system.

The game takes place on a sequencer-like grid. As you add defenses, collect resources and destroy enemies, musical elements are triggered in time to the music.

Interesting. I’ll give it a try. Thanks.

I’m pretty sure Sacred 2 Gold isn’t available via GOG. The first Sacred is available, but not the second one.

I’ve only played Kudos 1 (which might change as i have just seen the cliffski weekly humble bundle thing), but both my missus and i had some fun with it. It is really a sort of ‘real life sim’, but about normal humdrum stuff like getting a crappy job (then a better job) to pay your rent, how you get to work (by bike/bus/car) and relationships and lots of stuff etc. It’s much classier than the Sims, which is really rather ‘air-headed’ and puerile in comparison (we both find). A game for man and woman alike, and quite unique. The only criticism you could level at it is that it is pretty much like real life for most folk, so don’t expect too many ‘thrills’ or ‘Boom! head-shot!’ moments. But as a ‘life simulator’ it is top class.

FYI: for those who are trying Saints Row 2 for the first time on PC, it was a barely adequate port, and chugs on lesser-powered machines. If you are having smoothness oe speedup/slowdown issues, look into the “Gentlemen of the Row” mods, and tweak the ini file to correspond to your processor clock speed.

Once its tweaked up, it’s a blast, best in the series in my opinion.

Yeah, you’ll automatically get any additions if you’ve purchased any tier, even the lowest one. I missed the news on what was expected to be added, but I’m having trouble trying to imagine what they could add that would make the bundle more appealing. I guess my general apathy towards the bundle has more to do with already owning a copy of SR3 that I haven’t even touched yet.

Yeah, my bad. I picked it up cheap and DRM-free from Amazon, not GOG, come to think of it.

OK, five people who didn’t have the SR games by now.

And me /shrugs at the Bastion and DF Amnesia +$25 sales … yeah, those got lost on me. Definitely the exceptions that prove the rule, though.

Anyone want in on a 4-pack of Red Orchestra 2 Rising Storm? It’s showing up as $15 for me because of owning RO2 so it’ll be $3.75 each.

I’ll take 1 copy!

edit: All gone.

Isn’t Dredmor such a great game?

On the Saints Row + others bundle: It’s over $1 million in sales ALREADY!?! There are still so many people that hasn’t bought it yet? (or maybe the other games are desirable?)

I’m thinking of getting that humble bundle for Risen 2.

But I promised myself I’d play Risen first before I bought to Risen 2, so I can’t. And before I play Risen (which I bought on a Steam sale a year or two ago), I was going to finish Gothic 2, which I’ve tried picking up a few times, but it’s so damn hard. I don’t remember the first Gothic being that hard, but maybe it’s because it’s been so long since I played it.

This post implies that Risen 1, Sacred 1 & Metro 2033 are the unlocks for that Humble Bundle. Also hinted on savygamer.
