I laughed when I saw Dead Space 3 on “sale” for $19.99, when they just had it as part of the Humble Bundle.

Picked up the Last of us for $40 at Frys. I think this is the first time I’ve seen it on sale.

Is Syndicate worth $6 for coop hijinks?

If you have 2-3 other people to coop with, absolutely. The coop in Syndicate is awesome. It’s probably too hard for less than 3 players, though.
I’d also say that the singleplayer game is worth $6.

For those with 3DS units in the US region, Atlus is shaving off 10 USD from three downloadable games: Code Princess, EO IV, and SM: Soul Hackers. Ubisoft is also doing a 30% off the eShop titles for 3DS.

Are either Code Princess or Soul Hackers must-haves?
Are you saying that’s not a low price, or that Defiance is a bad game? Because $5 hits my impulse-buy threshold, but if the game is crap then I’ll just write it off.

Didn’t like Code Princess so I sold my copy in less than a day. Soul Hackers I haven’t personally tried yet, but if you are a SM fan, my friends who do have it swear its good. But then again its a port of a PS2 game without the magical re-make treatment that made Ocarina of Time really wonderful on the 3DS, so Soul Hackers might be showing its age both graphically and game play wise.

Thanks for the reply. The JC2 demo was fun enough I got the whole pack, figured for the price I might as well get JC1.
Soul Hackers is a port of a game that originated on Sega Saturn, not PS2, and it absolutely has had a remake treatment but it’s still Saturn-era game design, albeit from one of the best longrunning game series to date. YMMV. It was worth it to me. Also, it was as far as I know the last SMT game that still wasn’t playable in English. (The NES/SNES games were fan translated, the others all have commercial releases unless I’m missing something.)

66% off their ‘list’ price of $79.95! Geez.
The humble EA/Origin bundle just added C&C Red Alert 3 -Uprising and Populous to the beat the average section of the bundle.
Populous? Like, Populous, from 20 years ago?
I wasn’t expecting much from the follow-up of the EA Bundle (which in itself was pretty damn good), but that’s… pretty lame.
DungeonBowl? Anyone have any experience with it?
