That fight is crazy hard and I frankly don’t think I’d be able to solo it. Even as a duo we couldn’t manage it. I basically had to grab a second friend who hadn’t tried the game yet, give him a feel for the play, then have him drop in as a third player. If you were playing on PC I’d be willing to pinch hit to get you past that, but we might conceivably need help.

Natural Selection 2 has a free weekend and is $6.24 on Steam this weekend! This is in concert with the massive patch, Reinforced, that comes out tomorrow. PLAY THIS GAME. It’s fantastic.

Sigh, if it had any single player at all I might pick it up.

Don’t be afraid of people, Brian! The best way to play games is with others!

Also, massive sale on games that have been Greenlit on Steam!

Sweet, think it’s finally time to pick up Kentucky Route Zero. Hey, Edge of Space looks fun too, anybody played that?

That’s strange… Inquisitor is already 66% off? It came out earlier this month over there.

You can grab the first Euro Truck Simulator for 33 cents (no steam key) on Groupees instead of in that sale. Eador is also in a bundle of theirs for $5 with a few other games.

Yes, yes it is. It’s fantastic. I’m so in love with this game.

La-Mulana is absolutely worth the $5 it’s going for in that sale.

$1:
Dungeonland
Europa Universalis 3
Leviathan Warships
Showdown Effect (deja vu)
Warlock (no DLC)
War of the Roses Kingmaker

$5.60+
Crusader Kings 2 (no DLC)
Magicka (no DLC?)

$125 for almost every game they’ve got on Steam.

Nice, I already have a few of those, but have been curious enough about Leviathan Warships to put in a few bucks. Are Dungeonland, Showdown Effect, or War of the Roses worth putting time into?

A few things I found in the Amazon sale:

All of Deus Ex: Human REvolution for $5 (steam). Not sure if it’ll eventually have the fixed boss fights from the Wii U version or not.

The Sims Medieval for $5, plus the Pirates and Nobles expansion for $5. I’m guessing both of these can activate on Origin.

All the Thief games for $6 (steam).

Hitman Absolution for $10 (steam)

Sonic Generations for $6 (steam)

Also just about every Sims 3 expansion is half off.

Beats me, I didn’t finish it. I think I was after the second hub, but it was awhile back.

Really? Huh. I don’t remember it being especially difficult, but it’s been a while and I was doing the DLC after completing the main game.

Hey, that guy! I was going to hit IMDB to see if he did a voice in Epic, thanks for reminding me!

Maybe some voice along with that would help.

Couple more good bundles in the Amazon sale:

XCOM: Enemy Unknown + first 2 DLCs - $9.99 (Steam)
Borderlands 1&2 - $19.99 (steam)

About DS3.

Was it 2 players on the same machine? Does the game support this kind of coop? If so, I could play it with my son.

Only on console.

The PC version does support local coop but only with two gamepads.
